The problem
In Pakistan, millions of families depend on local milkmen — known as Dodhis — who deliver fresh milk every morning and evening. These milkmen keep track of who got how much milk and who paid, usually on paper slips or in notebooks.
The problem? Paper gets wet, lost, torn. Memory fails. At the end of the month, there's confusion about money. Customers and milkmen argue about how much was delivered. There's no history, no proof, no reports.
We wanted to fix that — without making things complicated.
